Fire Alarms...

All of our properties are fitted with ‘mains’ fire alarms which are checked on a weekly basis and certificated twice a year. They are also fitted with fire extinguishers, fire blankets and emergency lighting.

Safety Certificates

All of our properties have all of the required safety certificates: Fire alarm, emergency lighting, gas, electricity.

Building Regulations

All properties are gas centrally heated and double glazed, and meet building regulations and health and safety standards, and are ‘energy efficiency C’ and above.

  • Upgrade Energy Efficiency for all Houses.

    Going Green is our target for the future. Although our properties have energy performance rating (EPC) 'C’ and above, we are determined to increase that to the highest possible for each type of property. Three of our properties are fitted with photovoltic solar panels. We have recently carried out external wall insulation on one of our properties and are in the process of accessing others.

    We are Accredited and Members of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, and also Members of the National Landlords Association. 

  • We have a variety of properties in Haringey, Turnpike Lane, Wood Green, Palmers Green, Southgate and Edmonton consisting of 1 bedroom flats, a 2 bedroom flat, self-contained studios, rooms with en-suite shower-rooms, and a three bedroom house.
