Dear Visitor,
We are a friendly family business in North London and have been established since 1983.  We take great pride in our properties and maintain all of them ourselves.  We visit our properties on a daily basis to make sure that they are clean and safe for our tenants. We have our own workforce, and we are available 24 hours in emergencies.  We are Accredited and Members of London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, and also Members of the National Landlords Association.

We have a variety of 1 bedroom flats, self-contained studios and rooms with en-suite shower-room in Manor House, Haringey, Turnpike Lane, Wood Green, Palmers Green, Southgate and  Edmonton.
All of our properties are fitted with ‘mains’ fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and emergency lighting.

All are gas centrally heated and double glazed, and meet building regulations and health and safety standards.
